How to Use

Step 1
Pick your sensor
Choose a preset from the dropdown or enter a custom crop factor. Common presets cover Full Frame, APS-C, Micro Four Thirds and 1-inch sensors.
Step 2
Enter focal length
Type your lens focal length in millimetres. If your camera crops further in video mode (common in 4K), toggle it on and enter the extra crop factor.
Step 3
Read the results
You will see horizontal, vertical and diagonal FOV in degrees, the full-frame equivalent focal length, and a "looks like" label from ultra-wide to tight.
